8+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, requirements engineering, functional design, test planning, user training, and vendor management
Extensive experience in data integration and platform migration projects
Strong attention to detail and to identifying process exceptions in early phases
Advanced Spanish and English skills

Responsibilities

Participation in needs-gathering workshops with CIB HR teams
Support and advice to local teams during requirement-gathering, covering data-dictionary mapping for migration, HR-process workflows, and detailed interface specifications
Translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications
Configuration and parameterization of Oracle HCM modules according to the functional specifications
Preparation of functional documentation (user manuals, configuration guides, etc.)
Participation in the testing phase (scenario preparation, execution, anomaly monitoring), especially for the data-migration and integration streams within the CIB ecosystem, including local payrolls
Support to key users during UAT and training phases
Provision of post-go-live functional support
