Commercial Account Executive

Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate at least one year of sales experience, along with preferred MBO experience. They must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and careful attention to detail, as well as the willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision.
The Core Crew member will perform routine client-facing system tasks such as new account set-up, scheduling, and package purchases, tour prospective clients through the facility, explaining the [solidcore] workout and demonstrating it, regularly interact with clients to assess their needs and address concerns, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, assist the Area Manager and Coaches in daily operations by keeping the studio clean and communicating studio issues, notify the Area Manager and studio management team of complaints, address maintenance and equipment issues, follow up with client lists to meet sales quotas, and respond to client emails.
