Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. A year of sales experience is preferred, along with MBO experience, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, including bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers. They will regularly interact with clients, obtain and address information on client needs and satisfaction, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quota. Additionally, they will respond to client emails and alert coaches about client milestones, addressing maintenance issues and following up with client lists in Axle.
