Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct instruction. They should also have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours. One year of sales experience and prior MBO experience are preferred qualifications.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including greeting clients with a warm welcome, opening connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and thanking clients. They will regularly interact with clients, obtain and address information on client needs and satisfaction, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine system tasks such as scheduling and account management, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones. Furthermore, they will contribute to sales efforts by meeting monthly quotas and supporting the studio’s overall success.
