Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. They should also have at least one year of sales experience, along with preferred experience in MBO systems and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand. The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including welcoming clients, opening connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and responding to client needs and concerns promptly. They will also maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists to meet sales quotas, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones. Furthermore, they will contribute to a superior client experience by keeping the studio clean and communicating studio issues, events, and schedule changes to clients and team members.
