Responsibilities

Support the Chef Manager in supervision of the canteen
Assist Management to conduct a smooth and efficient catering operation
Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the staff restaurant
Serve food and beverages over the counter during business hours, with regard for good customer care, presentation, and control standards set by the Chef Manager
Wash up, operate dishwasher, and clean where directed by the Supervisor
Take responsibility for company cash, card transactions, and stock security
Supervise the workload of the Catering Assistants
Provide service to customers or guests attending a banquet or other catered event
