Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Linguistics, Communications, Psychology, or Computer Science, and ideally have experience in conversational design, UX writing, or customer service. Familiarity with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and chatbot development is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Conversation Designer, you will own conversation design for Replicant’s AI Agents, ensuring seamless and intuitive call interactions, working directly with customers to understand their needs and crafting solutions to transform their businesses. You will utilize the Replicant platform to build AI Agents, partnering with engineers and engagement managers to develop requirements and ensure high-quality outcomes, while also contributing to the roadmap and development of new AI products and improving conversational performance through data-driven experimentation and best practice development.
