Responsibilities

  • Own conversation design for Replicant’s AI Agents, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and engaging call interactions.
  • Work directly with Replicant customers to understand their needs and craft solutions for their businesses.
  • Utilize Replicant’s platform to build AI Agents that meet defined requirements.
  • Partner with Engineers and Engagement Managers to develop requirements, integrate systems, and ensure high customer expectations.
  • Develop intent taxonomies to improve Natural Language Understanding performance, in collaboration with Machine Learning teams.
  • Measure and improve conversational outcomes using analytics and visualization tools.
  • Work with peers to improve conversation design best practices through data-driven experimentation.
  • Engage with Product teams to evaluate and integrate new features into AI Agents.
