Candidates should possess a two-year technical degree preferred, along with industry experience and Turbomachinery Product Services product line training. They must have at least two years of experience with controls maintenance procedures for turbo machinery, be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship, and demonstrate functional/technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
As a Controls Field Service Engineer, the individual will perform installation and maintenance activities of TPS rotating equipment in the field at customer sites, be responsible for minor/major maintenance following service site quality checklists and procedures, coordinate activities with customer representatives and site teams, provide records of all activities, execute responsibilities safely, and conduct business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values. They may also provide limited troubleshooting on equipment and conduct other related duties as required.
