Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (Master’s preferred)
4–6 years in senior finance roles (Controller, Head of FP&A) with proven leadership experience
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence across a matrix organization
Assertive, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel and SAP
Fluent in French and English (additional languages a plus)

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain appropriate Finance/Business Support structures for France Region
Manage Planning, Reporting and Analysis processes to ensure timely and accurate forecasting, and development of roadmaps and mitigations to meet short and long-term financial objectives
Drive financial IBP process. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Review and analysis of monthly financial results. Drive efficient communication and continuous improvement
Provide financial counsel to General Manager for deal evaluation and other ad hoc analyses
Establish and maintain strong customer compliance tools and controls
Initiate, develop, implement, and monitor Economic Profit and GMI programs in Region France
Responsible for Order Entry / Customer Admin performance and processes for the France Region
Create and maintain a system of controls, implementing/monitoring Abbott policies and procedures
Talent development - Responsible for training, development, and ongoing coaching of Finance staff
Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
