Candidates must be a US citizen and able to work domestically, and they must be able to attain low-level security clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 8+ years of cradle to grave government contracts administrative experience and 8+ years of experience working with relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, CAS, GSA, and DCAA. Excellent knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, including FAR and DFARs, is also required, along with experience managing stand-alone and IDIQ contracts, and BPAs.
The Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of Wilcore’s federal contracts, including the successful oversight, submission, and partnership management of bids and contracts. They will develop effective relationships with internal and external customers, participate in customer meetings, support pre-and post-award teaming activity, manage contract reporting, provide guidance and oversight on contractual issues, review RFP documentation, manage and organize data files, review and create agreements such as Task orders, TA’s, and NDAs, liaise with primes and subcontractors, manage contract close-outs, review proposals for RFP compliance, and administer government contracts including terms and conditions for different contract types.
