[Remote] Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing Commodity Specialist at Oklo

The Procurement Specialist will manage and oversee the procurement of design, construction, commodities, and service-related contracts, developing, issuing, and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Purchase Orders (POs), Master Service Agreements (MSA) and related Task Orders. They will evaluate and negotiate terms with vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets, draft and finalize construction contracts in collaboration with legal and project management teams, identify, prequalify, and maintain a database of qualified construction contractors and suppliers, build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serve as a point of contact for stakeholders during the procurement phase, ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements, identify and mitigate risks related to procurement processes, conduct market research to assess trends and pricing, analyze bids and proposals, collaborate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with budgetary constraints and timelines, maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, and prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost analysis for senior management.
