Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with roofing and solar install partners across assigned territories
  • Performance Management: Hold contractors accountable to SLAs, project timelines, and quality standards while helping them improve scheduling and throughput
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-performing partners to expand capacity and improve coverage
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between Remi and enterprise partners to maintain alignment, share updates, and resolve issues quickly
  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain organized and accurate project pipelines with consistent updates across Remi and enterprise platforms (CRM, dashboards, trackers, etc.)
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps, share best practices, and help refine processes that improve contractor success and customer satisfaction
