Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools, particularly Greenhouse, is required, along with clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities. The candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and have experience working with and scheduling across global time zones. Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to candidate sourcing and resume/phone screen review, as well as experience with tools like Gem, Airtable, or Notion.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. They will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate smooth hiring processes across various departments. Key duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Airtable, and Notion. The role also involves supporting reporting and recruiting operations for data-driven decision-making, assisting with logistics for interviewer and hiring manager training, and potentially contributing to candidate reviews, screens, or sourcing during peak hiring periods.
