Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in human resources management, with exposure in financial institutions is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, proactive, detail oriented, organized, pleasant, helpful and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in Workday & Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
  • Good command of written English & Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily HR operations such as handling benefits plans administration, on/off boarding, employee data management, HR system and vendor management
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and support annual internship program throughout the process from selection, interview and onboarding etc
  • Support corporate event logistics for the region (including group initiatives, CSR events, Diversity & Inclusion Activities and Wellness Programs etc.)
  • Support internal and external training coordination and reporting, such as attendance tracking, arrange training venue & logistics, rescheduling and IT set up etc
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments
  • Assist the Regional HR Department to provide all rounded HR services such as recruitment, HR Operations, employee relations and assist in implementing different HR initiatives / projects
