Requirements

  • Expertise in sourcing, pulling, and reviewing relevant sample documents, such as contracts or legal materials to extract and label key data points to inform project work and ensure accuracy
  • Ability to audit and assess the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contract data to ensure accuracy of AI models, including ensuring that key contract terms and metadata are properly extracted and standardized
  • Experience with migrating and cleaning contract data from legacy systems into modern CLM platforms, including mapping data fields, transforming data formats, and ensuring consistency
  • Skilled in handling both out-of-the-box (OOTB) fields and custom data fields with precision, ensuring all information is accurately entered and formatted
  • Ability to identify issues in contract data (e.g., missing clauses, incorrect terms, or inconsistencies) and take corrective action, which may involve manual intervention or automation tools
  • Skilled in pattern recognition and categorization

Responsibilities

  • Perform Document Review (Quality Control)
  • Assess and remediate metadata
  • Identify prevailing contract terms and create contract hierarchies
  • Collaborate with customers to build contract playbooks, including guidance on configuring clause libraries, annotating contract templates, defining logic for AI-based data point identification and extraction
  • Build custom AI prompts to extract specific data from fields and clauses
