  • Ability to navigate across multiple systems
  • Previous experience in pricing, analytics, financial institutions, or process-driven back-office environments (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills — both oral and written — with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Analytical ability and capacity to understand complex issues

Responsibilities

  • Entering prices confirmed by Sales Representatives into Vendavo using predefined tools
  • Ensuring high-quality data processing in Vendavo, SAP, and ServiceNOW
  • Preparing PDF offers, reports, and other required datasets
  • Maintaining integrity and security of all pricing and contract information
  • Prioritizing tasks according to workload and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Meeting defined KPIs
  • Building strong working relationships with local Sales and Pricing teams
  • Supporting Sales Representatives with deal creation in the Vendavo platform and mass deal management in line with established rules (to ensure price continuity, prevent double pricing, and maintain data transparency in systems)
