Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in administrative or contract operations roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail with accurate input and proof-reading capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in the English language
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and calculate manual committed rebates
  • Review and approve contract language to ensure rebate and fee terms are operationally feasible
  • Work with third-party vendors to calculate rebates and manage the volume of manual rebate processing
  • Participate in system enhancements, UAT and bug resolution as it relates to rebates, admin fees, implementation and QC of executed contracts
  • Maintain various trackers and complete assigned monitoring requests
  • Collaborate with Finance to resolve outstanding check issues and vendor setups
  • Process GPO portal pricing requests as needed and related invoices for rebate standardization programs
  • Implement agreements timely and accurately, adhering to standard operating procedures and business requirements
  • Perform quality checks on agreements to ensure pricing and customer information accuracy prior to execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve pricing and contract-related issues
  • Assist with implementing price increase projects and adjustments across product lines
  • Assist with gathering data for internal and external audits
  • Identify, participate in, and lead process improvement initiatives to support lean strategies
  • Maintain SOPs and Guide Sheets related to contract support and payment operations
