Requirements

  • Improvement-oriented mindset with good knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) methods
  • Experience leading improvement work independently, from identification to implementation
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel skills for identifying patterns, tracking KPIs, and driving fact-based improvements
  • Skilled communicator who works well cross-functionally and engages others in improvement work
  • Preferably a background in field service, e.g., as a service technician or similar
  • Relevant post-secondary education
  • Good system proficiency
  • Proficient in both Swedish and English
