  • 3+ years of demonstrating strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • 3+ years of demonstrating excellent data analysis with strong computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Define clear, well articulated and well documented project plans for new process implementations
  • Report on progress of teams projects to management and support teams in removing any roadblocks impeding project completion
  • Delegate tasks, create timelines, schedules and deadlines for each step of a project through completion
  • Keep an open line of communication with team members and project stakeholders while succinctly making complex concepts easy to understand for all
  • Train, mentor and develop employees
  • Effectively manage & oversee team workflow to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service to all contributors and internal customers
  • Attentively develop and monitor team performance. Provide constructive feedback on team members opportunities and strengths
  • Implement business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their strengths and abilities
  • Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security
  • Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Identify gaps in system functionality and work with product management to enhance our products
  • Champion process standardization
  • Develop and execute strategies to support business expansion and scalability
  • Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption within the organization
  • Lead the planning of operational implementation initiatives for key organizational growth initiatives such as expanding lines of business and strategic partnerships alongside key operational stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning, development, and launch of operational set up of new sites to support organizational growth and market expansion plans
