  • Enhance articles with visuals and ensure formatting supports readability
  • Maintain consistent terminology, tone, and style across all content
  • Review customer questions, search behavior, and feedback to identify content gaps
  • Test content from a user perspective to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Track article performance and use data to inform content improvements
  • Ensure knowledge bases are well-structured, tagged, and formatted
  • Identify and close knowledge gaps by working with stakeholders
  • Audit existing content for accuracy, readability, and completeness
  • Document and organize internal SOPs for content processes
  • Communicate content and product updates to the department
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and content development practices
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to stay aligned on new features and customer needs
