  • 5+ years of experience with content marketing/content production
  • Strong storyteller with curiosity about audience motivations, behaviors, and preferences; impeccable eye for detail and journalistic attitude
  • Good understanding of writing for digital channels, blending user experience, channel best practices, and content marketing strategy
  • Ability to self-start, stick to deadlines, drive projects forward, and be open to iteration and feedback
  • Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus

  • Experience in content marketing with ability to work from São Paulo office

Responsibilities

  • Write copy for both short-form and long-form formats (e.g., blogs, reports, events, ad copy, landing pages, scripts)
  • Lead content planning for the region, defining a calendar of content initiatives that meet business, marketing, and brand goals
  • Collaborate with LATAM Marketing team to implement content calendar and source high-quality content aligned with Adyen's brand voice and target audience
  • Develop and implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across relevant channels and target audiences
  • Manage external writing resources, ensuring adherence to product standards, brand consistency, quality, and voice
  • Analyze data to measure content success and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with local and global teams (country marketing managers, content marketing, designers, product marketing managers, commercial teams, sales, agencies) to produce compelling and relevant content and marketing materials
