Responsibilities

  • Create and package thought leadership, insights, and creative assets into compelling content experiences (newsletters, gated assets, event recaps)
  • Partner with subject matter experts and marketing teams to refine and amplify existing knowledge into content that tells a cohesive brand story
  • Collaborate with events and field marketing to craft narratives around Summits, webinars, and other moments, and produce high-impact pre/post event content
  • Repurpose content across channels (blogs, social, gated content, email) to maximize reach and relevance
  • Maintain an editorial calendar balancing new content creation with reuse, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment
  • Apply storytelling to make complex topics accessible, with a focus on delivering value and insight over volume
  • Monitor engagement data and community feedback to continuously refine content strategy
  • Own the external newsletter voice and direction, highlighting the best of our community, events, and industry perspectives
  • Manage freelance contributors and subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment
  • Analyze performance metrics to track ROI and inform ongoing improvements
