The Content Marketing Manager will design and implement a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy targeted at upmarket salons and spas, addressing multiple personas and buying journeys. They will create compelling, high-quality content such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, webinars, guides, sales enablement materials, and ROI calculators to generate demand, accelerate deals, and support customer retention. The role involves championing insights-driven content creation, collaborating with Sales, SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and other teams to identify content needs and optimize distribution strategies, defining key content performance metrics, analyzing results, and iterating on the content strategy. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement scalable content creation and management systems, leveraging AI tools and efficient workflows to increase output and velocity.
