Experience in B2B SaaS or working with technical audiences is required, as is comfort working with tools like Canva, Jira, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics, and previous experience in project management systems. Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for using them to work smarter is also necessary.
The Content Marketing Manager will manage the content production calendar and ensure deadlines are met, write clear strategic briefs aligned with business goals, coordinate freelance writers and internal contributors, edit content for clarity and brand alignment, own the stakeholder review process, publish and QA content in Webflow, partner with SEO, product marketing, and demand gen on distribution and reuse, and track performance to recommend improvements based on results.
