Requirements

Candidates should possess an M.Sc. degree in Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry, or a related major, with an advanced degree being a plus. Relevant experience of (0-3 years) in a pharmaceutical company, ideally in the life science related software or information services industry is required. Strong problem identification and solving skills, good analytical skills, and outstanding communication skills (written and oral) are also necessary. In-depth knowledge of drug R&D, regulatory and policies, and proficiency in using pharmaceutical databases are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Content Analyst will be responsible for collecting and organizing global pharmaceutical data, tracking information from regulatory websites, and ensuring data is updated accurately and promptly. They will participate in standardizing the pharmaceutical data intelligence system, familiarizing with annotation systems and maintaining drug data. Collaboration with the IT team to develop rules for data crawling, cleaning, and annotation, and producing requirement documents is expected. The role also involves utilizing individual expertise to provide insights on pharmaceutical R&D hotspots or industry pain points.
