Position Overview

Zoom is looking to grow its global Contact Center Solution Engineering team. We are seeking individuals with a passion for working with customers, experience in the Contact Center industry, and a drive to dive into technology that powers better customer experiences.

About the Team

The Contact Center Solutions Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes solutions to meet organizational and customer needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing contact center solutions to meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for contact center projects.
  • Optimizing contact center technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to contact center solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end users on contact center technologies and best practices.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in contact center solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, and CTI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
  • Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with contact center solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and business requirements in the contact center environment.

Salary Range

  • Minimum: $146,000.00
  • Maximum: $319,400.00

Note: Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Compensation may vary based on location.
