The purpose of this position is to drive overall business success for NVIDIA’s consumer business in Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for overall market performance including sales targets, marketing KPIs and market share. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for demand generation, go-to-market strategy and working with business and ecosystem partners such as distributors, dealers, resellers and other vendors to achieve those business goals. This role is a leadership role that requires working with both gaming and non-gaming ecosystem partners and influencing them on the GeForce & Nvidia platform. This role may manage other sales staff in the consumer team. The candidate will be responsible for both GeForce business (which includes discrete cards as well as PC systems) that is sold indirectly through AIC/OEM partners (such as ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, LENOVO, HP etc) as well as NVIDIA’s own branded consumer products that are launched in the market. The candidate is expected to develop new business opportunities by increasing TAM and launching new categories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior sales & marketing experience in IT or Consumer products
  • At least 5 years proven experience

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership to drive GeForce as the dominant gaming platform in the market.
  • Identify areas of growth opportunities to target.
  • Manage the sales, channel marketing and community team to ensure that key KPIs are met.
  • Working with our AIC/OEM partners in the local market on their forecast and sales plan to their distributors and managing programs and incentives to ensure partners achieve their targets.
  • Identify and appoint a distributor for NVIDIA branded products and ensure that distributor meets all requirements and sales target.
  • Develop and implement high impact and effective end-user demand generation program to drive NVIDIA product and brand preference and sales growth.
  • Work with operations to ensure that distributor is meeting inventory and credit performance and take necessary action to address potential issues for NVIDIA branded products business
  • Work with Marketing to develop channel promotions & activities and provide necessary input to ensure distributor and retailer buy-in of key activities.
  • Develop relationship and leverage key gaming eco-system partners and vendors to build GeForce preference in the country.
  • Plan and organize events such as game tournaments, product launches and training programs for dealers and end users.
  • Seek partnership and collaboration with other game developers, PC component vendors as well as consumer companies interested in Gaming industry.
  • Work with Community Manager to drive advocacy and preference for GeForce as the PC platform of choice with gamers.
  • Represent NVIDIA’s interests with government agencies and associations to promote responsible gaming and E-sport.
