Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in IT or Consumer products, with a minimum of 5 years of proven success. Strong leadership skills and experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans are essential, along with the ability to manage and motivate sales teams. Experience in the gaming or PC hardware industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Sales Leader will drive overall business success for NVIDIA’s consumer business in Thailand by achieving sales targets, marketing KPIs, and market share. They will develop and implement strategies for demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and work with partners to achieve business goals. This includes managing sales staff, overseeing distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities, and launching new product categories. The role also involves identifying and appointing distributors, managing inventory and credit performance, developing channel promotions, and fostering relationships with gaming ecosystem partners and vendors, as well as organizing events and representing NVIDIA’s interests with government agencies.
