Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product development, quality assurance, retail management, digital/social marketing, or manufacturing
  • Proven experience building relationships and communicating complex information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, maintaining organized records and schedules
  • Previous experience gathering and synthesizing data to provide actionable insights utilizing Excel
  • Previous experience developing and presenting PowerPoint decks that effectively visualize complex data sets and support decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Development and Category Management teams to assess Store Brand product portfolios, delivering data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Manage collaborative external partnerships to garner digital feedback
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines aligned with Planogram schedules to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Oversee consumer and colleague sampling initiatives to generate actionable insights on usability and product experience
  • Provide ad hoc support to Store Brand and Merchant teams as needed
  • Support all facets of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process, including competitive benchmarking, consumer feedback analysis, portfolio reviews, and implementing actionable solutions
