The Consumer Contact Center Professional I will handle telephone calls, providing outstanding customer service by using job knowledge and available information to answer customer questions and solve problems. They will educate customers about Fifth Third Bank’s products and services, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate. The role also involves handling complex inquiries, following up on requests, utilizing computer systems, suggesting process improvements, and continually learning about bank products and services while maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to departmental policies.
