Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA or graduate-level education is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales promotion within the consumer PC segment, with demonstrated ability to lead both online and offline initiatives for sales contribution
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to work as a self-starter and apply logical and critical thinking to solve problems
  • Excellent English communication skills in email, telephone/video-conference, and presentation
  • Proven success in business development, with initiatives resulting in exceeding revenue and/or unit targets
  • Successful experience working with large format retailers, Etailers, and PC OEM partners
  • Outstanding collaboration skills and respect for teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with PC OEMs, Retailers/Etailers, AiCs, and industry partners to build and implement sales co-promotion plans for boosting sales of GeForce base desktops, notebooks, and graphics cards
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of co-promotion initiatives with a strong focus on return on investment, applying social media, web optimization, and in-store retail activations to drive consumer engagement, conversion, and traffic creation for driving sales
  • Collaborate closely with sales account representatives, understand sales strategies/partner's sales strategies, and plan co-promotion plans
  • Lead co-promotion budgets, ensuring accurate allocation aligning with strategy and compliance with internal promotion and budget approval processes
  • Coordinate and deliver outstanding seminars/trainings and promotional events to support GeForce products demand generation and improve awareness among partners and end-users for raising purchase intentions
  • Lead some PC OEMs, retailers/etailers, AiCs, and key industry partners as a sales account representative
