Your Role at Baxter (Seu papel na Baxter)

You will be responsible for developing and working on demand generation within your area, ensuring the correct implementation of marketing tools and commercial strategy. This includes maintaining customer and professional panel coverage, as well as the appropriate frequency and sequence of contacts within your respective territories.

Responsibilities (O que você vai fazer)

  • Execute the promotion of the entire portfolio to improve the product mix, individual and/or collective goals in a given territory.
  • Seek to implement business strategies with clients and stakeholders, aiming for expansion.
  • Align with responsible areas for conducting internal processes, such as grants, from initiation to closure.
  • Conduct visits to stakeholders for product standardization, portfolio expansion, and surgical specialties.
  • Ensure compliance with all Baxter internal policies and compliance, safeguarding the company's reputation in the market.
  • Monitor surgeries where there is an opportunity to use Advanced Surgery products and/or products with potential for use.
  • Validate technical product descriptions for public tender processes when requested by the bidding department.
  • Promote training for surgical teams (doctors and scrub nurses) to ensure proper product usage, as well as safe prescription, inclusion, and use of Baxter products for patients.
  • Participate in technical/clinical training related to the role to acquire and update knowledge about products, services, and/or therapies.
  • Participate in conventions, conferences, product launches, and other educational activities.
  • Regularly monitor sales versus quota and sales forecasts.
  • Identify key stakeholders within clients, acting directly and maintaining a high level of relationship with them. Understand the purchasing decision process, define commercial strategies for each, and seek new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor actions and market trends, signaling opportunities/risks and initiating relevant actions.
  • Participate in commercial and demand planning related to the segment under your responsibility.
  • Evaluate the performance of the territory under your responsibility, monitoring its development to maintain goal achievement or making adjustments to the sales strategy plan.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Baxter's positive image in the market, according to your scope of action, as well as brand longevity, to guarantee established strategic objectives and continuously improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Train new clients and conduct refresher training for them every 6 months.
  • Meet franchise KPIs, such as: number of visits, surgical follow-ups, timely submission of visit reports, submission of sales forecasts and reviews, number of events held, and others that may be requested by leadership and marketing.
