Key duties include promoting the full product portfolio, implementing business strategies for client expansion, managing internal processes like grants, conducting site visits for product standardization, and ensuring compliance with Baxter's policies. The role also involves monitoring surgeries, validating technical product descriptions for tenders, training surgical teams on product usage, participating in educational activities, and tracking sales performance against forecasts. Additionally, the consultant will identify and engage with key customer stakeholders, monitor competitor activities, participate in commercial planning, and maintain Baxter's positive market image.
