Responsibilities

  • Gerenciar e motivar a equipe de Pós-vendas dentro do distrito, garantindo alto desempenho e cumprimento das metas
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para aumentar as vendas e expandir a participação de mercado
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e propor ações corretivas quando necessário
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, concessionárias e parceiros comerciais
  • Garantir a execução das políticas comerciais e a padronização dos processos de vendas
  • Monitorar o mercado, identificar oportunidades de crescimento e antecipar tendências competitivas
  • Treinar, desenvolver e fornecer feedback contínuo à equipe de vendas
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas da empresa (marketing, logística, atendimento ao cliente) para garantir a melhor experiência para o cliente
