Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time
12+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or management role (preferred)
6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls (preferred)
Deep expertise in a specific industry, domain, or service line, with a strong track record of delivering impactful consulting solutions (preferred)
Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms (preferred)
Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks (preferred)
Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies (preferred)
Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead or support automation projects from concept through commissioning (preferred)
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration (preferred)
Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., food & beverage) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and drive business development initiatives to expand client base and grow revenue within the designated platform area
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and create tailored proposals that showcase value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development plans
Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations
Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve business goals
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Drive the development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within platform area, ensuring team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains competitive edge
Develop and deliver training programs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build skills and expertise of consultants
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance consulting offerings
