Requirements

Possess extensive Software Development experience
Have an expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Angular, SQL, Windows, UNIX
Possess software development process expertise in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Possess strong proficiency in database technology, software design, software performance optimization, best practices, and leading industry trend knowledge

Responsibilities

Working with the development team to delivery of large scale, complex technical projects to a high standard of quality, performance and architectural excellence
Performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed
Identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues
Planning new initiatives in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders including detailed design of scope, estimation and implementation
Contributing to wider group initiatives, from championing information security to furthering diversity and inclusion within our teams
