Requirements
- Possess extensive Software Development experience
- Have an expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Angular, SQL, Windows, UNIX
- Possess software development process expertise in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Possess strong proficiency in database technology, software design, software performance optimization, best practices, and leading industry trend knowledge
Responsibilities
- Working with the development team to delivery of large scale, complex technical projects to a high standard of quality, performance and architectural excellence
- Performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed
- Identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues
- Planning new initiatives in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders including detailed design of scope, estimation and implementation
- Contributing to wider group initiatives, from championing information security to furthering diversity and inclusion within our teams
