A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales or post-sales) and 10 years of people management experience, including mentoring and developing teams, is required. The role also demands 5 years of experience in selling or positioning professional services, including scoping projects and developing proposals. Expertise in traditional Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI (Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI) with open-source frameworks is essential, along with demonstrable experience leading full-lifecycle AI/ML projects. Proficiency in Python (including AI/ML libraries) and SQL, as well as strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, is necessary. Familiarity with the complete data analytics stack, large-scale database technologies, and common data integration/AI/ML tools is expected. Ability to travel up to 25% is also required.
