Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of industry experience in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures, are required, as is a demonstrated passion for software engineering with excellent C++ and Python development skills and meaningful contributions to major open-source projects.

Responsibilities

The Senior Research Engineer will be responsible for developing new models and algorithms focused on Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning, designing and implementing multi-node serving architectures, optimizing multi-LoRA inference serving systems, applying sophisticated quantization techniques, implementing speculative decoding strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with the NVIDIA accelerated serving stack. They will also demonstrate good engineering practices and mentor other team members, contributing to all steps of the machine learning lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
