Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience working with customers in a post-sales technical role, at least 3 years of people leadership and management experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling professional services, including scoping large projects and writing statements of work. Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies such as Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, and Greenplum is required, along with familiarity with non-relational platforms like Hadoop and HBase, and experience with data integration tools like Informatica and DataStage. A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also necessary.
As a Consulting Manager, you will serve as a technical expert guiding customers through their Snowflake migration journey, collaborating with Professional Services, Practice Directors, and the Sales Account Team on sales pursuits, and overseeing successful PS engagements. You will develop methodologies to improve PS offerings, create strategies for partnerships with technology vendors, manage and develop internal accelerators, and provide guidance on resolving customer technical challenges. Furthermore, you will lead recruiting efforts for Solutions Architects, provide delivery quality oversight for migration projects, present Snowflake’s offerings to internal and external audiences, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s capabilities.”} </thead></tbody></table>. </div>`
