Responsibilities

Service Delivery Expertise

• Provide strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
• Adhere to project-specific delivery methodologies and promote industry best practices.
• Ensure high-quality execution and completion rates for all client engagements.
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Engage in positive and proactive communication, building strong relationships within and across the business.
• Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts to diverse organizational needs.

Functional Consulting/Business Analyst Expertise

• Provide functional process and design support, analyzing current and future states of people, processes, and technology across multiple platforms.
• Gather feedback to accurately assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps, facilitating best practice recommendations.

Market Expertise

• Continuously deepen skill sets in recruitment practices related to people, process, and technology.
• Gain expertise in recruitment processes and technology, obtaining certifications across multiple platforms.

Cultural Expertise

• Contribute to and support a positive team environment.
• Provide and accept feedback, actively seeking opportunities to assist colleagues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Must have client-facing experience supporting the full lifecycle of project/program execution, following established technology implementation methodologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
