Responsibilities

The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management, and support services to achieve high customer satisfaction, either as an individual contributor or team member. They will provide strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions, follow appropriate delivery methodologies, and implement effective change management strategies. Furthermore, the Consultant will deliver functional process and design support, gather business requirements, and contribute to a positive team environment while deepening skill sets in recruitment practices and technology platforms.
