Requirements

Expertise in finance function transformation, including organizational diagnostics, target operating models, and shared service centers
Knowledge of performance management, budgeting & forecasting optimization
Proficiency in transactional finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) with Lean approaches and system levers
Experience in defining and deploying group-wide processes, systems, and organizations (Core Model)
Skills in AMOA for ERP finance projects (SAP, Oracle) and Procure to Pay, including agile/V-cycle methodologies, needs expression, solution selection, functional specifications, deployment strategy, and change management
Familiarity with innovative technologies like robotics, AI, NLG, NLP, machine learning applied to finance
Project management capabilities: coordination, risk tracking, budget/resource management, reporting, portfolio optimization
Profiles as finance specialists or technology experts in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Assist in transforming finance organization: diagnostics, target models, shared service center deployments
Improve performance piloting (organization, processes, tools) and optimize management cycles (budgeting & forecasting)
Optimize transactional processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) using systems and Lean methods
Define and deploy common group processes, systems, and organizations (Core Model)
Provide AMOA for ERP finance (SAP, Oracle) and Procure to Pay projects: preliminary studies, needs expression, solution choice, functional specs, deployment/change strategy, user support
Develop offerings and thought leadership on innovations (robotics, cognitive tech like AI, NLG, NLP, machine learning) for finance
Manage projects: coordinate workstreams, track risks/budget/resources, reporting, portfolio optimization
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team based in Lille, serving large enterprises in Nord-Normandie (retail, industry, tertiary, health, public services)
