Experience in consulting, particularly in social strategy, HR M&A, organization, and transformation
Knowledge of social policies, labor law, future of work, talent management, and related themes (remuneration, retirement, social climate)
Ability to conduct due diligence, risk analyses, and opportunity assessments in M&A contexts
Skills in project management (PMO) for complex European/international projects and crisis management
Expertise in social engineering, restructuring (e.g., economic layoffs, PSE, collective agreements, CSE calendar)
Proficiency in negotiation strategies, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Capacity to analyze strategic and financial information, produce costings, and draft strategic notes
Responsibilities
Design and implement social transformation strategies linked to social policies, work evolution, and impact assessments, defining action plans
Perform due diligence on social themes (remuneration, retirement, talent, social climate) prior to M&A
Participate in PMI (Post Merger Integration) and social statute harmonization: define integration/harmonization scenarios, risk/opportunity analyses, target policies, negotiation strategies, and social partner engagement
Contribute to costings for recommendations and integration/harmonization scenarios
Evaluate compliance and performance of social policies and organization to deploy action plans
Participate in negotiations (structuring, pricing, legal documentation) and secure internal/external growth operations
Analyze and synthesize strategic/financial information to support decision-making, including drafting governance notes
Evaluate transformation project impacts and risks for stakeholders, design change accompaniment plans and deliverables
Define and produce social communication
Define and share a clear transformation vision to mobilize teams, increase individual engagement, collective efficiency, and organizational performance
Ensure PMO for complex European/international projects and crisis project management (coordination, risk/budget/resource monitoring, reporting, optimization)
