Requirements

  • Experience in managing end-to-end CRM projects, including coordination with technical, functional teams, and partners
  • Strong skills in strategic analysis, diagnostics, and identifying improvement levers in client relations (CRM, client journeys, contact centers, marketing strategies, service processes)
  • Ability to frame projects, define business needs, design innovative solutions (technology choices, process modeling, target organizations)
  • Proficiency in project management for complex transformations (planning, deliverable tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination)
  • Expertise in change management (training, communication, support for solution adoption)
  • Capacity to contribute to commercial development (offer development, opportunity detection, technical/commercial proposals)
  • Empathy-driven approach focused on user experience for co-constructing innovative solutions
  • Adaptability to multi-sectorial contexts with complex client issues

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth diagnostics of client relationship systems (CRM, client journeys, contact centers, marketing strategies, service processes) and identify improvement levers and value creation opportunities
  • Define and formalize client needs from business objectives to the design of pragmatic, innovative solutions (technology choices, process modeling, target organizations)
  • Manage the implementation of complex transformation projects (CRM solutions, contact center redesigns, relational marketing strategies, service optimization), including planning, deliverable follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Provide functional and technological expertise on client relationship facets and major CRM platforms
  • Develop and implement change management devices to ensure adoption of new solutions and organizations (training, communication, support)
  • Actively participate in offer development and detection of new commercial opportunities, contributing to technical and commercial proposals
