Requirements
Graduated from a grande école de commerce or ingénieurs or university (Bac +5) with a specialization in audit, accounting, or finance. Obtaining DSCG, DEC, or CAFCAC is a plus
Minimum 6 years of experience (excluding internships and alternances) in an audit or consulting firm in the Financial Services sector
Excellent knowledge of the Insurance sector, key professions, and processes (risks, finance, compliance, etc.)
Strong knowledge of national, European, and international regulations with significant impact on clients (MIFID, PRIPS, Loi Sapin 2, BCBS 239, FATCA, IFRS, etc.)
Mastery of project management methodologies and tools (agile method, planning, budget management, quality plan, team management and animation)
Fluent English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities
Actively participate in the commercial development of activities (commercial proposals, publications, etc.)
Work on transformation, compliance, organization, or process improvement projects
Pilot large transformation/regulatory projects
Accompany clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes
Accompany throughout the accounting processing chain (first-level control, ACPR, AMOA)
Review internal control systems and risk management
Perform pre-compliance audits as part of regulator requests (ACPR, BCE...) (asset quality review, credit quality review, targeted review of internal models, deep dive, etc.)
