Requirements

Expertise in performance management (pilotage de la performance) – mandatory experience in internal roles and/or consulting
Ability to dialogue and understand the needs of executives (CxO)
Experience in operational management control and/or consulting in performance management
Ideally, experience in "complex" sectors (including Production/Supply Chain) or specialized in a sector (e.g., Retail)
Ideally, has implemented a Rolling Forecast process
Has actively participated (as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, Key User, or consulting provider) in several projects implementing performance management (EPM) tools
Knowledge of the market for solutions, or mastery (from software knowledge to parameterization capabilities) of at least one modern application (Onestream, Pigment, Board, SAP Planning (SAC), etc.)

Responsibilities

Analysis of the client's context and needs
Management of the different phases of a mission
Definition of target planning processes
Assistance in selecting and designing the target solution
Organization and management of the solution implementation project (AMOA on design, testing, implementation phases, etc.)
Training and support for users
Intervention on high-value missions combining business and IT dimensions in France and occasionally internationally
