Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with measurable impact in missions, ideally with a varied background (Scale-ups, large groups, Consulting)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations, with the ability to build trust with clients
Diplomacy: ability to present ideas and convictions, manage relations between stakeholders, and demonstrate assertiveness

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to establish a clear Design vision aligned with user and business objectives
Train internal teams on best Design practices
Contribute to defining the product roadmap from a user-centered perspective
Define user flows and create interfaces
Supervise consistency of user journeys and interfaces across all platforms
Promote the strategic value of Design to stakeholders
Implement and evolve Design processes, tools, and rituals; participate in improving the Design System, Research, data usage, and AI deployment in the team
Set up performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Design's impact on business objectives
Either immerse in client teams to create responsible and performant digital products, or accompany clients in designing the Design strategy for coherence, quality, and user experience impact across products and services
