Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of AI Workforce Solutions within the Data & Technologies team
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, leveraging technical expertise and leadership
  • Design and deploy innovative solutions around Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and generative AI
  • Lead projects on automation, governance, and integration of Copilot agents
  • Animate user communities to promote adoption and maturity of Microsoft 365 usage
  • Accompany clients in rationalizing, optimizing, and automating business processes via Power Platform, Copilot, and Microsoft 365
  • Advise and support clients in the use and technical implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions
