  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du conseil en systèmes d’informations, sur des missions d’accompagnement au changement
  • Maîtrise des usages numériques d’un environnement professionnel (Microsoft 365, Google Suite ou autre)
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de communication et d’animation d’atelier (facilitation)
  • Maîtrise des outils de facilitation digitale (Klaxoon, Whiteboard, Mural…)
  • Maîtrise des outils de communication : Canva, Photoshop, Piktochart, Stripo, Vyond, Mailchimp…
  • Maîtrise des outils de formation : Powtoon, LMS (e-learning), Camtasia studio
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 : SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage (Yammer), Forms, ToDo, PowerBi
  • À l’écoute, autonome, adaptable, dynamique, bon(ne) communiquant(e), orienté(e) client, curieux(se), force de proposition, esprit d'équipe

Responsibilities

  • Accompagner le volet humain de la transformation digitale des clients grands comptes
  • Intervenir durant le plan de déploiement sur toutes les étapes du processus de conduite du changement en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Concevoir une démarche d’accompagnement des utilisateurs
  • Communication : plan de communication, supports, diffusion, cible
  • Formation : plan de formation (à distance/présentiel), réalisation de supports, animation, nombre de personnes formées, questionnaire de satisfaction, modalités d’inscription
  • Accompagnement au déploiement/Support : plan de déploiement, FAQ, fiche mémo, bonnes pratiques, ateliers métier, suivi des incidents
  • Animation/mobilisation : club utilisateur, référents/ambassadeurs, ateliers d’idéation, évènements
  • Pilotage : Baromètre ICAP, stratégie de conduite du changement (CDC)
