Requirements

Responsibilities

The Data & Insights Consultant will operationalize, analyze, and measure the performance of digital campaigns and user journeys across multi-channel communications. They will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance and audience behavior, building custom reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Responsibilities include developing data-driven narratives aligned with clients' digital communication goals, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outreach strategies, and designing and building dashboards and reports that integrate data from multiple sources to present a cohesive story of campaign performance and user behavior. The role also involves ensuring accurate tracking, quality assurance, and performance reporting across all digital communication touchpoints, mining, analyzing, and synthesizing data sources to generate clear, objective, and actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and clients to define reporting needs, operationalize measurement strategies, and drive optimization recommendations.
