The company focuses on improving patient outcomes in healthcare by providing innovation and digital guidance to global clients in health, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotech. Headquartered in Toronto, the team comprises experts in various disciplines, such as business strategy, behavioral science, and AI/ML. The role involves assisting clients from strategy development to solution implementation, often testing results in the market.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on healthcare, technology, or data.
• Education: Post-graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, or MSc, or equivalent vocational experience.
• Research Skills: Experience in primary and secondary research and data gathering.
• Client Engagement: Experience in gaining alignment or gathering requirements through client workshops.
• Design Thinking: Experience in design thinking and future thinking/foresighting is an asset.
• Project Management: Experience in scoping and project planning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and high level of comfort presenting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Gathering external research to inform projects.
• Participating in customer and expert interviews.
• Analyzing client and research data.
• Communicating critical insights visually and verbally.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of projects and analysis.
• Collaborating with team members across various disciplines.
• Engaging directly with clients, ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations.
