Responsibilities

Provide conseil en organisation (diagnostic d'organisation, définition et mise en œuvre de modèles opérationnels cibles)
Conduct réingénierie de processus and gestion de projet de transformation
Accompany ERP implementation (expression de besoins, animation d’ateliers de conception, rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles générales et détaillées, réalisation de plans de test, assistance à la recette, formation des utilisateurs, accompagnement des utilisateurs)
Offer conseil en stratégie économique et territoriale
Perform modélisation financière de business plans
Develop plans d'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle et financière
Manage maîtrise des risques (cartographie des risques, contrôle interne, etc.)
Provide assistance à la gestion de projet (coordination et pilotage des chantiers, reporting, optimisation du portefeuille de projet)
